Spring Quarantine Pre-recorded Solos

We hope that you all are well in these difficult times and that everybody is staying safe. We want to try to keep the MILI community together even when physically we are apart, so we are going to have an "online" recital. This recital is not live, but rather a collection of recordings of your performances. All of the performances will be posted here on the MILI website for everyone to see.

To upload these videos, please read the following instructions.

1. Record the performance with the best camera/microphone that you have readily available. Smartphone recordings are good enough. Please dress as you would to a normal recital. Before you begin playing, please announce the name of the song, composer, and name of the performer.

2. When recording, please record from at least the waist up with the full instrument in view. If it is a piano performance, only having all of the piano keys in the frame is enough. Ensure that there is minimal background noise and visual distractions.

3. Upload the video to YouTube as an unlisted video and send the link to miligirls@gmail.com
Please include the name of the song, composer, and name of the performer in your email.

4. We will approve the video to make sure it falls within the above criteria and post it here.
